Olympic Seafood has taken a very active position in research right from the beginning with cooperation between various institutions in order to advance the understanding of krill, the Antarctic and the related ecosystem. As part of this ongoing research effort, Dr. Inge Bruheim, Research and Development Director at Olympic Seafood AS, recently presented in the Nordic Centre of Excellence symposium on Food, Nutrition and Health.
