Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you are part of our sales support team and your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our high level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the first line response to customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful and engaging tone, and focus on finding the right solutions with each customer in a timely manner.

You will be responsible for establishing relationships to ensure effective communication with appropriate stakeholders regarding inquires, projects, and issues. You will project manage orders – organizing and prioritizing customer needs, providing updates, price quotes and delivery timelines both internally and externally.

A pro-active, goal-focused, and detail-oriented customer service representative with previous experience in customer service/sales related positions preferred. A team player, with excellent organizational and time management skills, you must be a good communicator – where you listen to understand – showing initiative, and creative thinking to bring forward solutions for our clients.

Must have a fantastic attitude, patience and be self-motivated to be the best and to help others become their best. Should possess capabilities in Microsoft Office applications and have working knowledge of basic CRM programs.

Major responsibilities Include:

  • Account management activities
  • Collaborate with Sales Team on all sales opportunities
  • Handle all customer inquiries in a timely, efficient, and professional manner
  • Processing customer orders regarding inventory, scheduling, and transportation
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of department databases for sales, customer and product specifications
  • Communicate and report sales activities in CRM
  • Accountable to VP of Sales



  • Proven consistent record in an outside sales position
  • Creative ideas for developing relationships
  • Strong communication skills with high energy and enthusiasm
  • Not afraid to work hard and do what it takes to be successful
  • Ability to multi-task and excels at follow-up and accountability
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize, as well as excellent organizational skills
  • Experience in customer service/sales related positions preferred
