Inside Sales Coordinator

Our Sales Department is currently searching for an Inside Sales Coordinator to join their team.  The preference for this position is to work out of our Saskatoon, SK location.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handles all inbound leads from marketing in a timely, efficient and professional manner. The person will follow a detailed Lead Qualification Process (LQP).   All lead qualifying activities will be entered into SF.com within two weeks from the time of lead acquisition is received.
  • Responsible for increasing the speed, identifying the high-quality leads and then working with the V.P. of Sales to determine how best to close the opportunities. This may include the Inside Sales Coordinator handling the customer or transitioning the qualified lead to an outside sales manager.
  • Provides sales support to all customer leads, which may include all of the following:
    • Selling current and new products
    • Providing customer lead follow-up
    • Preparing price quotes based upon customer lead requests
    • Entering purchase orders
    • Providing shipping documents
  • Collaborates with the external sales team on all leads that are determined to be handed over to the sales channel managers.
  • Logs all customer lead contact whether e-mails, telephone calls or any other communication into Salesforce.
  • Communicates with internal departments to ensure availability of product and delivery times for new orders closed with customer leads.
  • Maintains a rolling three months sales forecast for the customer lead opportunities which will be reviewed and discussed with the V.P. of Sales on a weekly basis.
  • Increases education and awareness of Bioriginal products by pro-actively promoting our product portfolio with new leads.
  • Performs account management activities.
  • At times, there may be special projects or specific reports that need to be completed. These will be requested on an ad hoc basis.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: understands the importance of providing exceptional customer service on each client interaction.
  • Ability to follow a repetitive lead qualification process without deviation
  • Possesses strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong Problem Solving skills: responds to client inquiries by using existing knowledge, skills and resources.
  • University/College degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years work experience in customer service/sales related positions.
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize, as well as excellent organizational skills.
  • Experience on MS Office Suite required.
  • Experience, knowledge of Essential Fatty Acids and the nutritional supplement market preferred.
